Lockout/Tagout Training is required
for employees who must service and maintain machines
and equipment in which unexpected start-up or
release of stored energy could cause injury to
employees. EHS
will provide basic Lockout/Tagout Training. The
supervising department shall provide specific
training. Please contact EHS
to schedule this training.
