Bloodborne Pathogens Training
(OSHA 29 CFR 1910.130)

EHS now offers Online BBP Training at http://www.ehs.iupui.edu/BBP2004/BBP_home.asp.

Bloodborne Pathogens training is provided to new employees who qualify according to the type of work performed or location of work. The Bloodborne Pathogens Training Program is required upon employment for all employees who may be exposed to human blood, body fluids, or tissue. These training sessions are provided on the 2^nd and 4^th Monday of each month from 8:30-9:25 AM.

All sessions will be held in the Union Building. Please see the training schedule below for more details.

Registration is not required for training sessions.

IUPUI Staff should also be aware of the annual refresher requirement for Bloodborne Pathogen Training. OSHA has mandated that personnel must receive annual refresher training in addition to their initial session.
